As Snap Supply got off the ground and the brothers’ DIY dream began to become a reality, it became very important for us to use our newly minted position in the appliance repair parts industry as ethically, caringly, and responsibly as possible. Snap Supply’s commitment to the customer is represented in every aspect of our business, but from the start we knew that customer experience was the only priority. The majority of Snap Supply parts are UL certified, meaning that they have been laboratory tested for safety risks by the independent safety certification organization Underwriters Laboratory. And every Snap Supply part comes with a free 1-year warranty. As Snap Supply has grown as a company, we have taken the challenge of higher order volume head on.
